All-in-one beginner plastic yoyo. The adjustable dial turns yoyo between responsive to unresponsive. As you turn, the response system moves closer to the center, causing more friction with the string and the yoyo becomes responsive. Turn the other way and the response gives way for a larger gap, and the yoyo becomes unresponsive. Easy, no fuss, just fun!
